My breakfast today I wanted to start with something starchy, so muffin would be a great choice, not too thick and heavy.
I decided to pick something simple, crusty, tempting but not too greasy.
Sourdough muffin (Egg Free) + organic peanut butter
I got the sourdough from The Villa Supermarket, Thonglor and organic peanut better at this little restaurant around Narkniwas Road selling some organic stuffs and veggies from greensmileorganic shop.
Since I like my muffin crusty, I oven it for a little bit longer than usual. You only need 2.5 minutes to heat but I went for 4-5 minutes.
My hi-light of this meal is actually the peanut butter. I am not actually a real fan of it but for this one especially, you are guaranteed that every bite and bit is enjoyable. You will be getting tensed, flavorful and crunchy peanuts. It is also not too buttery -the butter aroma is still there of course – and is just enough that you don’t need extra butter.
