There are so many articles out there about the benefits of quinoa.

Rich in fiber, high protein + essential amino acids, …flavonoid, iron and magnesium and is actually very good for dieting because it helps boosting your metabolism while the calories is low.

This is why quinoa is a perfect menu for a breakfast time.

For this menu, the ingredients are:

  • Quinoa
  • Shrimp
  • Basil Leaves
  • Nuts
  • Galangal Paste (from Nan Province)
  • Salt

 

Boil and prepare quinoa and shrimp, then, just smash it basil leaves and mix everything together.

This galangal paste is a key ingredient that helps the dish more flavorful.  It can be spicy tough!!  but is my secret for the dish 😉
