GREEN BEATS in YOGURT
- Plain Yogurt
- Japanese Pigeon Pea
– as simple as that-
So it’s in the morning and i am usually at rush, as i opened my fridge this morning, there was nothing much left. I had some yogurt, milk lemon, jams, corn bread, some roots vegetable and the pea. Then I thought it would be nice to have some protein on my breakfast menu. I took out Activia Yogurt and Japanese Pigeon Pea to boil them with little salt- thought i would eat them separately but no! later just figured out that it would actually be nice to have them on my the plain yogurt. It was good. On top of that I added some honey… yummy yep.
It’s like eating crunchy yogurt- not in that sense of cracking crunchy- but crunchy as having more texture toward the yogurt.
The tips here is not over cooked the pea. you only need 7-8 minutes to boil them.
